To honor our partnership, I’ve removed the stress of "add-ons." The price you see is the price you pay, based solely on our time together. This allows me the freedom to use every tool in my kit to give your skin exactly what it requires without surprise costs. Cancellation Policy
Late Arrivals - If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete the full service. When possible, I’ll do my best to accommodate with an adjusted or shortened version of your treatment. If accommodation isn’t possible, per service provider discretion, the same 50% cancellation fee will apply. You always have the option to pay the full scheduled service(s) cost as a "pre-pay" and reschedule the appointment for another time.
No-Shows - First appointment missed entirely without notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service(s) cost.Second no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s) cost. After two (2) no-shows or three (3) late arrivals in a row, future appointments will move to same-day booking status — meaning you’ll need to contact me the day of to see if space is available.
Cancellations/Reschedules - Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) cost. You have the option to pay the full scheduled service(s) cost as a "pre-pay" and reschedule the appointment for another time. Late reschedules are considered cancellations and must be rescheduled by the client.
